1. Quiet Hours (22:00 – 10:00)
Please strictly respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 10:00. During this time, lower the volume of TVs,
music, and voices. Outside quiet hours, please remain considerate of neighbors and keep sound levels
reasonable.
2. No Pets Allowed
To maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies, pets are strictly not permitted on the
premises.
3. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and common indoor building areas (hallways, stairwells, and entryways).
4. Building Security & Keys
Please ensure the main front door is closed and securely locked at all times. Do not share access codes or key sets with unauthorized guests.
When you get your keys from the Masterlock, please shuffle the numbers on the keyboard and cover the keyboard with the plastic latch.
Keep the keys with you, don’t put it back to the Masterlock.
5. Trash & Recycling
Please dispose of garbage regularly in the designated bins. Recycling bins are located on Kostnické náměstí, 30 m up the street. They are available for paper,
plastic, and glass—kindly separate your waste accordingly.
The mixed garbage containers are in the backyard.
6. Common Areas & Energy Conservation
Keep stairways, entryways, and hallways clear of personal items (shoes, umbrellas, luggage). Please
turn off lights, heating, or air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
