Musician's nest
Tomáš is a studio consisting of two rooms and a bathroom with a toilet. The first room has a large French window overlooking the neighboring yard and the second room has a smaller window. The entire space has a total of about 55 m2.
The space, which I professionally call the musician’s nest, is located in the backyard part of the house with a view of the neighboring yard. Access to the space is through the main door and the main corridor and further down some stairs. This staircase is used by musicians who use the music rehearsal rooms in the basements of the same building.
