Dear Tenants,

if you are leaving the apartment and you want to declare your security deposit back, please fill in the form below. We need to keep evidence for money transfers for our Tax Reports.

Please be advised that upon vacating the apartment, it is expected to be returned in the same condition as it was received, with the exception of normal wear and tear. This includes:

Thorough Cleaning: All areas of the apartment, including floors, walls, appliances, and fixtures, must be cleaned to a high standard.
Damage and Repairs: Any damages caused during your tenancy, beyond normal wear and tear, will be deducted from your security deposit.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in deductions from your security deposit.
